The purpose of this blog is for its members to read through the entire Bible. We are all using the Daily Bible: in Chronological Order by F. Lagard Smith. We are starting and ending with the story of Jesus. Those who participate write a one sentence summary of what they learned about God and, if in the Old Testament, how the reading points to Jesus. God gives the Israelites very specific instructions, and they submit to him even though they may not have understood why he gave them so many rules. Lord, help me to listen to your directions to me.
