While the devil and evil are powerful, we can find comfort in the fact that God and His angels are greater. We can trust Him to lead us through any trials victoriously when we choose to follow Him.

Jesus is worthy of our worship on earth and in heaven.

I need to repent and remember my first love with God. Jesus promises those who overcomes and does his will the crown of life.

Jesus is our pace setter in the race of faith and also the author and perfecter of our faith. Happy birthday Jesus and merry christmas everyone!

Jesus our high priest in the order of Melchizedek is able to save completely,  intercedes for us, meets our needs in ways that the old covenant could never do.

Christ is a sympathetic high priest who enables us to come to God's throne of grace to receive mercy and grace in our time of need.

The world supplies me with constant distractions. There are many people who are searching for the truth, but they stumble upon false prophets instead. Lord, I pray for those who are lost so that they may come out of darkness into your marvelous light. I pray that you make me a humble example so that I can lead others to Christ.

December 21

If we suffer for Christ, we should feel blessed because our thoughts and actions are pleasing in God's sight. Submit to the Lord. Father, thank you for humbling me, and please continue to humble me so that I can become both a godly leader and a respectful follower of my elders.

December 20

Lord, please help the scripture penetrate my heart and take root. Help me to radiate the love of Christ in all my actions so that I can make Jesus more attractive to those around me. Help me to pray and serve others not by my own strength or willingness, but because your grace enables me to do so.

December 19th

If we die in Jesus, we will also live with Him. If we endure, we will also reign with him. We have eternal and everlasting hope in God. Therefore I pray to keep my head up in all stiuations and endure hardship.

We have been saved by the Lord due to His mercy and love. We must then be obedient and be a sound example to others. Father, please humble me continuously, and help me to desire what is good.

I must turn away from the worldliness and focus on Godliness for I cannot serve both the world and the Lord.

There needs to be less of me and more of Jesus - not only in certain aspects of my life, but in every bit of my life. Lord, teach me how to seek you.

By His love, we have been adopted as God's child through Jesus Christ. Because of this, we can find true hope that can never perish, spoil, or fade.

I am encouraged by the way that all of these individuals were able to pray for and support each other. I realize, though, that each person had a strong faith in God, and it was only because of this that they were able to discipline one another out of love. God, I thank you for putting me in the company of people who lead me to you, and please continue to humble us and grow our friendships in Christ.

Jesus is the light for both Jews, Gentiles, common folk and kings.

Even as Paul preached the truth, he trusted in God to change men's hearts and not in his own ability.

It is because of God's grace that we though wild olive branches have been grafted into God's beautiful family.

We have been justified through Christ,  are being sanctified and will one day be glorified in Christ Jesus.

God is the Creator who is worthy of our worship but in our sin and rebellion we turn our backs to God and worship worthless things. Thank God that He is patient with us and His kindness leads us to repentance.

God's grace is truly sufficient;  enough to sustain us in all our weaknesses so that God may be glorified in all things.

God is the God of all comfort who comforts us in all our troubles.

Praise the Lord! Death has been swallowed up in victory because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

God worked a powerful conversion in the life of one who once opposed God and His church; God reveals He is Sovereign Almighty and Merciful God.

The source of all spiritual gifts is God and its purpose is to edify the body of Christ.
