The purpose of this blog is for its members to read through the entire Bible. We are all using the Daily Bible: in Chronological Order by F. Lagard Smith. We are starting and ending with the story of Jesus. Those who participate write a one sentence summary of what they learned about God and, if in the Old Testament, how the reading points to Jesus. Even though the Israelites had sinned, God still chose people to be spiritual leaders. This reminds me how precious I am to God; he chose to save me: a sinner. Lord, help me to know your love for me and to remember the way you forgave my sins.
