The purpose of this blog is for its members to read through the entire Bible. We are all using the Daily Bible: in Chronological Order by F. Lagard Smith. We are starting and ending with the story of Jesus. Those who participate write a one sentence summary of what they learned about God and, if in the Old Testament, how the reading points to Jesus. Happy reading everyone!

When Abram felt fear and did not present his worries to God, he made the wrong decision. However, when he chose to trust in God, the Lord blessed him.
Insert Stephanie's battle cry: Trust in God! =D
God is so merciful! Even though Abram made his fair share of mistakes and setbacks, God didn't let go of Him. First He convicted Abram of these sins, and then nurtured him to have a deeper love and trust in Him. We CAN trust in God!!
