  2. As Zechariah prophesied, God has raised up a horn of salvation through Jesus Christ. God himself came down to us to be our Savior. I am looking forward to celebrating the birth of baby Jesus born in a manger.

  5. I was struck by all of the praises to God in this passage. Indeed, God is worthy of our praise, especially for his grace to bring us salvation through the Son.

  7. Our Savior Jesus and John the Baptist came in accordance to the obedience of Zechariah, Elizabeth, Joseph and Mary. Mary's situation and prayer to God specifically were really beautiful.

  8. Mary was more than likely afraid of the way people would view her but it did not bother her because she knew that she was obeying and praising God.

  9. In Mary and Zechariah's words of praise, they are able to put themselves in perspective to God. They put aside a human perspective and rejoice in the freedom that God gives to them. Praise God the redeemer of his people.
