Gamaliel brings up previous evidence that selfish missions of men will fail, but if they are sent by God, they will succeed. This shows us how God is omnipotent and all our plans are within his control.
By faith in the name of Jesus, we are made strong. It is Jesus' name and the faith that comes through him, that gives us all complete healings from our sinful pasts.
